Wine: Sacré Numéro Rosé
Varietal: 50% Grenache, 50% Syrah.
Denomination: Côtes Catalanes I.G.P..
Alcohol content: 13% vol.
Vintage: 2020.
Serving temperature: 10°-12° C.

Tasting Notes
Crystal clear, with a soft pink color embellished with very light salmon-colored textures, quite consistent.
On the nose it is intense, of fine quality and with a fairly complex bouquet with an important hint of fruit. Notes of white roses intertwine with hints of wild strawberries and fresh citrus aromas.
The mouth is rich, fresh, with good persistence and supported by a component of acidity. These characteristics invite the taster to repeat the sip, given its pleasantness.
A wine that knows how to be appreciated for its versatility: ideal for a convivial moment or for an aperitif with fresh cheeses and semi-mature salami.
