Wine: Merlot
Varietal: 100% Merlot.
Denomination: South Eastern Australia.
Alcohol content: 13,5% vol.
Vintage: 2021.
Serving temperature: 14°-16° C.

Tasting Notes
Limpid with a lively ruby red color with evident purple reflections, consistent.
This pure Merlot offers a riot of hints of small berries: blackberry, currant and strawberry. But also hints of ripe plum and delicate notes of fruit jam.
On the palate a sample with moderate tannins, fairly balanced overall, and with a fairly persistent aftertaste of ripe fruit.
A wine that certainly meets an American public, the fruity part clearly stands out and consequently a certain “sweetness”.
Pleasant, but in moderation, a moderately appreciated type of wine in the old continent.
