Wine: Le Mattarelle
Varietal: Garganega, Trebbiano, Chardonnay.
Denomination: Garda Colli Mantovani D.O.C..
Alcohol content: 13% vol.
Vintage: 2021.
Serving temperature: 10°-12°C.

Tasting Notes
Crystal clear, with a bright and intense straw yellow color with a light golden texture, good consistency.
The nose offers a fairly complex range of aromas, however intense and of fine quality. It opens with floral notes reminiscent of cherry blossoms and white and yellow wildflowers. Notes of white and yellow pulp fruit with a finish reminiscent of tropical fruit.
The sip is dry, overall quite soft and of great freshness and acidity. The finish is quite persistent and leaves a very delicate aftertaste of ripe fruit.
Tried in combination with a plate of linguine with clams.
