Wine: Vin Rouge
Variety composition: 84% Pinot Noir, 16% Gamay.
Denomination: AOC Cheverny – Val de Loire.
Alcoholic strength: 12,5% vol.
Vintage: 2021.
Serving temperature: 14° – 16° C.

Tasting Notes
Limpid, with a pale ruby red colour, consistent.
On the nose it is the fruity component, cherry in particular, which dominates the exam. Quite complex in the range of its perfumes, it offers notes of red flowers intertwined with hints of ripe red pulp fruit.
The sip is pleasant, like its tannic texture, never intrusive. Discreet taste-olfactory persistence, overall balanced in its components.
Wine to combine with traditional French meat dishes.
