Tasting Notes
Limpid, with an intense garnet red coat with ruby reflections, consistent.
On the nose it offers very pleasant, intense and good quality scents. Floral notes intertwine with addictive notes of ripe fruit jam, blackberry, currant, cherry in alcohol. The olfactory range is completed by notes of spices reminiscent of cloves and hints of freshly ground black pepper.
The sip is rich, intriguing, with perfectly integrated tannin. Persistent with an intense aftertaste of tobacco and sweet spices.
Sample to pair with particularly elaborate meat dishes.
