Wine: Giunco
Variety composition: 100% Vermentino.
Denomination: Vermentino di Sardegna D.O.C..
Alcoholic strength: 13,5% vol.
Vintage: 2022.
Serving temperature: 7° – 9° C.

Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear, with a lively straw yellow colour, good consistency.
Its olfactory profile is quite complex where the fruity notes mainly stand out and are intense and of fine quality. In addition to hints of fresh white and yellow flowers, there are hints of yellow pulp fruit such as nectarine, apricot, mango and passion fruit.
Very pleasant wine, thanks to a good acidity and great freshness. It is striking for the balance of its components, good olfactory taste persistence reminiscent of exotic haste.
Tried it in combination with a fish soup.
