Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear, straw yellow in color with evident and bright golden hues, quite consistent.
On the nose it is varied, intense and of fine quality. Aromas of fresh yellow flowers, accompanied by notes of fresh yellow fruit and citrus scents. The bouquet is completed by a scent of aromatic herbs from the Mediterranean scrub and a hint of saltiness.
The sip is enveloping. Perfectly balanced in its components with an intense aftertaste of citrus fruits and spices.
A wine of great elegance and pleasantness, which amazes with its versatile character: a pleasant discovery.
