Tasting Notes
Brilliant, with a bright and intense straw yellow colour, with an elegant and fine perlage.
On the nose it is an authentic pleasure for the sense of smell with a range of intense and fine quality aromas. It opens with notes of fresh flowers reminiscent of orange blossom and chamomile, embellished with notes of citrus fruits, medicinal herbs and spices: white pepper, ginger and a finish of star anise.
What is perceived by smell is confirmed by taste. A sip where freshness and flavor come together, giving pleasure and elegance, with a persistent aftertaste of grapefruit peel.
A wine of great versatility, for an important fish-based dinner.
