Tasting Notes
Limpid, with a bright carmine red coat, of good consistency.
The nose opens with an intense, broad and fine quality olfactory bouquet. It opens with floral hints of wild violets and dog rose, then blends with aromas of small red berries and notes of hard cherry. The olfactory range is completed by a scent of spices such as freshly ground black peppercorns, cloves and cinnamon, while hints of mint and chocolate powder close the experience.
The sip is elegant and perfectly balanced in its components. The tannic structure, important and well smoothed, gives breadth and is corroborated by a persistent aftertaste of fruit and liquorice root.
A wine that tells the story of the terroir of origin.
