Loghetto 2021 - Fratelli Agnes
Written by Piero Pardini

Wine: Loghetto
Variety composition: 75% Croatina, 25% altre varietà.
Denomination: Oltrepò Pavese D.O.C..
Alcoholic strength: 15% vol.
Vintage: 2018.
Serving temperature: 16° – 18° C.

Tasting Notes
Limpid, with an intense purple-red coat, good consistency.
Upon olfactory examination it opens with a range of intense aromas. The floral notes alternate with hints of red berries, hard cherries and dried plums. Hints of hot spices and a delicate nuance of coffee powder complete the examination.
The sip is well balanced, elegant, with well-smoothed tannins. A fairly persistent aftertaste of ripe fruit and balsamic herb remains in the mouth.
A wine that tells of its terroir of origin.
