Tasting Notes
Limpid, with a very intense garnet red color and light ruby textures, consistent.
On the nose it is a riot of aromas, intense and of fine quality. It opens with floral notes intertwined with hints of small red berries in jam. The olfactory range is completed by evident hints of spices where cardamom, nutmeg and hints of freshly ground black pepper stand out. In the finish, a balsamic note is highlighted, embellished with an addictive hint of cigar box.
The sip is unique, rich, enveloping. Perfectly balanced in its parts, it is supported by an important but well-smooth tannic texture. A long aftertaste of fruit jam and fine tobacco remains in the mouth.
