Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear, with a lively straw yellow color embellished with imperceptible golden textures, with a good consistency.
On the nose it offers a complex and intense range of fragrances. With delicate notes of peach and pineapple, it is enriched with hints of toasted almonds and aromatic herbs from the Mediterranean scrub. The broad olfactory bouquet is completed by the scent of white chocolate and notes of fine and sweet spices.
The sip is a caress for the palate. Acidity and freshness give pleasantness and elegance, corroborated by a persistent aromatic taste of tropical fruit and a delicate mineral nuance.
