InRosso 2021 - Colline Albelle
Written by Piero Pardini

Wine: InRosso
Variety composition: 100% Merlot.
Denomination: Merlot I.G.T. Toscana.
Alcoholic strength: 12,5% vol.
Vintage: 2021.
Serving temperature: 14° – 16° C.

Tasting Notes
Limpid, with an intense, almost impenetrable, ruby red color, good consistency.
Upon olfactory examination it presents a broad and fine quality bouquet of aromas. It opens with hints of freshly cut red wild flowers, followed by addictive fruity notes reminiscent of small red berries: blackberry and blueberry first and foremost, but also durum cherry. The delicate examination ends with balsamic notes embellished with hints of spices.
The sip is pleasant, well balanced in its parts. Good tannic texture, smooth and almost silky. The finish is long, supported by an elegant aftertaste of ripe fruit intertwined with a note of liquorice root.
