Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear straw yellow in color with evident greenish highlights, with good consistency.
On the nose it presents delicate hints of fresh white flowers, followed by hints of fresh fruit and addictive notes of citrus fruits. The olfactory range is completed by intriguing mineral and herbal hints of freshly mown Mediterranean scrub.
The sip is fresh and elegant supported by a good acidity. The aftertaste, fruity and mineral, is persistent, inviting you to take a new sip given its pleasantness. A caress for the palate.
