Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear, with a lively straw yellow colour, quite consistent.
On the nose it is quite complex, with floral and fruity hints and a herbaceous note at the end. It opens with hints of fresh white flowers followed by intense hints of fresh fruit with white and yellow pulp, closing with a delicate nuance of aromatic herbs from the Mediterranean scrub.
On the palate it offers a marked flavor, which invites the taster to take a new sip. It expresses a persistent aftertaste of fruit and mineral notes.
A wine for the whole meal with an excellent quality/price ratio.
