Ugo Contini Bonacossi 2019 - Capezzana
Written by Piero Pardini

Wine: Ugo Contini Bonacossi
Variety composition: 100% Sangiovese.
Denomination: Toscana I.G.T. Bio.
Alcoholic strength: 14,5% vol.
Vintage: 2019.
Serving temperature: 18° – 20° C.

Tasting Notes
Limpid, with a vivid carmine red color with very light garnet textures, good consistency.
On the nose it is a wide, intense and very fine effluvium of aromas. The delicate floral notes of rose petals and lavender are followed by enveloping hints of red berries: blackberry, cherry and dried orange. The olfactory bouquet is completed with delicate notes of cigar box, sweet spices and a balsamic nuance in the finish.
The sip is pleasant, fresh, of rare elegance. On the palate it shows itself in all its freshness, supported by a perfectly integrated tannin and an enveloping aftertaste with notes of tobacco and licorice root.
An iconic wine expression of the company style.
