Vigna Baragazza 2021 – Marchesi Pancrazi

Vigna Baragazza 2021 - Marchesi Pancrazi
Written by Piero Pardini

Wine: Vigna Baragazza
Variety composition: 100% Pinot Nero.
Denomination: Toscana I.G.T..
Alcoholic strength: 13% vol.
Vintage: 2021.
Serving temperature: 18° – 20° C.

Tasting Notes
Limpid, bright garnet red in color, good consistency.
The olfactory range is elegant and intense. It presents itself with floral notes that recall a potpourri of moderately withered red flowers, followed by hints of small red berries: raspberry and cassis in particular. The broad bouquet is completed by hints of sweet spices such as vanilla and a nuance of cigar box.
The sip is important, elegant and very pleasant. In the mouth you can appreciate its freshness with a well-polished tannin and a persistent aromatic taste of chocolate and aromatic herbs of the Mediterranean scrub.
