Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear, with a straw yellow livery embellished with golden reflections, good consistency.
The nose reveals all its complexity and olfactory variety. The floral notes that tell the aromaticity of the vine, are followed by hints of yellow pulp fruit such as peach and apricot. The examination is completed by notes of spicy spices, hints of aromatic herbs of the Mediterranean scrub and a nuance of hydrocarbon.
The sip is full, enveloping. Freshness and flavor are perfectly integrated, perfectly balanced in its parts it gives a persistent aftertaste of citrus.
