Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear, with a straw yellow coat with very light golden reflections, with good consistency.
On the nose it is a riot of floral and fruity scents: fresh white and yellow flowers, notes of pink grapefruit and white and yellow pulp peach, apricot and golden apple. The broad olfactory bouquet is completed by puffs of aromatic herbs from the Mediterranean scrub and a clear and persuasive mineral note.
