Tasting Notes
In the glass it appears limpid, with an almost impenetrable and consistent intense ruby red coat.
The nose opens with a bouquet of broad and fine quality aromas. The floral notes of violet and peony are followed by enveloping and intense aromas of fruit jam such as plum and blackberry. Cloves, cinnamon and black tea complete the range of hints of precious spices, with a delicate and addictive note of pepper at the end.
The sip is satisfying, rich, of rare elegance. Freshness and flavor enhanced by a well-smoothed tannin and a persistent aftertaste of sweet spices give the taster a sip of great pleasure and elegance.
