Tasting Notes
Crystal clear, with a bright and intense straw yellow color enhanced by golden highlights, it is quite consistent.
On the nose, it releases a bouquet of rich, high-quality aromas. Floral notes of iris and jasmine are followed by intense fruity notes of apple, yellow peach, apricot, and grapefruit. The broad bouquet is rounded out by hints of spice and Mediterranean herbs, and a decisive mineral finish.
The sip is a caress for the palate. Freshness and savory character, supported by a lingering aftertaste of fruit and mineral notes, lend pleasantness and elegance.
