Tasting Notes
Limpid, ruby red in color, with a good consistency.
The nose opens with floral notes and intense aromas of red fruit jam: blackberries, cherries, and plums. Hints of spicy spices and a delicate nuance of sweet tobacco complete the flavor.
The palate is enveloping and very elegant. Freshness and savory flavors, supported by tannins that caress the palate, create a uniquely pleasant experience. The fruity aromas linger beautifully, enhanced by notes of licorice root and a balsamic nuance.
A wine that impressed me with its complexity.
