Tasting Notes
Limpid, with a very intense ruby red color, it is consistent.
On the nose, it presents a broad and excellent bouquet. It opens with delicate floral notes of dried violet and peony, followed by intense fruity aromas of dried plum and black cherry. The broad bouquet is rounded out by hints of aromatic Mediterranean herbs and enveloping notes of sweet spices such as cinnamon and vanilla. The finish features nuances of chocolate and sweet tobacco.
The palate is caressed on the palate. Freshness and savory character intertwine, supported by perfectly smooth and silky tannins and a lingering aftertaste of fruit and spice.
A wine that expresses its terroir.
