Wine: Viña Extrísima Rosado Seco
Alcoholic strength: 12% vol.
Vintage: 2017.
Classification: D.O. Catalunya.
Grapes: Cabernet Sauvignon, Tempranillo, Merlot.
Serving temperature: 8°-10° C.

Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear, cherry pink in color, quite consistent.
On the nose floral hints reminiscent of a bouquet of fresh red flowers, followed by notes of small berries such as raspberry, blueberry and strawberries, then a range of aromas of medium complexity.
The sip is very fresh, easy to drink, moderately savory and quite soft. Modest taste olfactory persistence with a slight aftertaste of fresh red fruit.
It is recommended in combination with fresh cold cuts.
