Tasting Notes
In the glass it is limpid, with a vivid and intense ruby red color, good consistency.
On the nose it offers a wide range of aromas: intense and of fine quality. It opens with floral notes that recall a pot pourri of red flowers, followed by notes of small red berries, cherry in alcohol, plum and dried fig. The wide bouquet is completed by hints of spices such as cinnamon, cloves and vanilla and, in closing, a nuance of dark chocolate.
On the sip it expresses an important character, with a well-smoothed and integrated tannic texture. Freshness and flavor give, corroborated by a persistent aftertaste of black cherry and balsamic notes, a balanced and elegant sip.
