Tasting note
The sample, ruby red in color, has slight garnet textures.
The nose is quite complex. Floral notes of violet and lily prevail, fruity scents reminiscent of forest first fruits such as strawberries, blackberries and currants. Delicate spicy notes of vanilla and freshly ground black pepper are perceived. Closing with a mineral nuance.
The taste is very fresh, the tannins, well polished, are silky, enveloping and pleasant. The balance between the various components is not perfect, but still a sample of undoubted quality. It is recommended in combination with pappardelle with duck breast ragout.
