The sample opens with hints of wild flowers such as hawthorn and daisy, fruity notes reminiscent of yellow-fleshed fruits such as peach and melon, herbaceous closure with hints of walnut husk and tomato leaf. Delicate mineral nuance.
The taste is a full-bodied wine, balanced in its components, with a good persistence reminiscent of a ripe fruit with a slight bitter note.
It is recommended in combination with swordfish and shrimp ravioli.
