Alcoholic strength: 14% vol.
Vintage: 2013.
Suggested serving temperature: 16°-18° C.

Tasting Notes
Clear, not intense garnet red with evident garnet hues, consistent.
The following hints emerge on the nose: floral, fruity, spicy and toasted. Important floral opening characterized by an aromatic potpourri of slightly withered red flowers, the fruits are more than ripe and recall the jam of the same, recall the berry of the blackberry, of the mulberry with candied nuances of orange peel mixed with cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg, addictive toasted notes of incense, caramel and leather, amaze the references to the scent of the forest and mushroom with truffle and balsamic notes.
In the mouth, what is evidenced by the olfactory examination is confirmed. Perfect balance between hard and soft parts, elegant tannins that caress the palate, long persistence and quality. A wine undoubtedly to be rewarded.
It is recommended in combination with croutons of brioche bread with foie gras, bacon and fig jam.
