Vineyards: in the communes of Olbia and Palau.
Training system: spurred cordon, sapling.
Yield per hectare: 50/60 q.
Harvest: between the end of September and the beginning of October.
Fermentation: fermentation and maceration in steel tanks for about 3 weeks.
Maturation: part in steel and concrete.
Aging potential: high.
Serving temperature: 15/16 ° C.

Observations: addictive floral aromas delight the nose, hints of violet accompany delicious hints of dark berry fruit ranging from cherries in alcohol, ripe plum and myrtle and aromatic herbs such as mint and rosemary, tease the spicy notes of pepper ground black and juniper berries, caramel and frayed pipe tobacco pack the whole, worthy of note are the balsamic aromas, the earthy and undergrowth aromas.
