Tasting Notes
The sample is clear, purplish red, impenetrable with violet reflections, consistent.
The olfactory examination highlights hints of blackberry, cherry and black cherry. Red flowers, vanilla and black pepper, as well as floral and spicy notes.
When tasted the taste is rich, fresh, the tannin is well smoothed, silky, its persistence is striking.
It is recommended in combination with chestnut maltagliati with wild boar and porcini mushrooms.
