Type of harvest: by hand, careful pre-vinification selection.
Vinification: fermentation with indigenous yeasts, long submerged cap maceration at a controlled temperature of 23 ° C.
Aging: Slavonian oak barrels of 15 and 20 hl for at least 36 months.
Refinement: in the bottle for a period of not less than 8 months.
Serving temperature: 18° C, oxygenate before consumption.

Tasting note
Clear sample of an intense ruby red with garnet textures.
Intense explosion of perfumes. Notes of black cherry syrup, macerated berries, hints of medicinal herbs, cigar box and sandalwood.
The taste is full, rich, with important tannins, but perfectly balanced. Freshness is a dominant note as is its long persistence which invite to a new sip. A long aging wine. It is recommended with an ancient mustard fillet.
