On the olfactory examination it is quite complex with floral, fruity and mineral scents. The sample, with very pleasant aromas, is also confirmed in the tasting, a good part of the taste olfactory hardness with a pleasant mention for the savory note that invites you to a subsequent taste, intense and persistent with a fine taste of olfactory quality.
It is recommended in combination with homemade tagliolini with white rabbit ragu flavored with Mediterranean herbs.
