Tasting Notes
Clear, with a very intense ruby red color, almost impenetrable, with a good consistency.
The nose shows a very important fruity profile, black berried fruits, supported by hints of sweet spices, with notes of freshly ground coffee and powdered chocolate.
On the palate there is a perfectly smooth and soft tannic texture. The sip is balanced in its parts, of long persistence with an effluvium of fruity and roasting sensations, elegant and intense.
It is recommended in combination with a braised black pig from Caserta.
