Tasting Notes
Crystalline, straw yellow in color with golden reflections, of good consistency.
Intense scents of fresh flowers, accompanied by enveloping fruity sensations ranging from banana to candied citron, grapefruit, tropical fruit. Toasted oak but also notes of vanilla and ginger.
The sip is fresh, persistent and particularly pleasant. What is perceived with the olfactory examination is confirmed, a closure with a citrus and mango note remains.
It is recommended in combination with cockerel in brick with mountain herbs.
