Tasting Notes
Limpid, ruby red in color with purple reflections, with a good consistency.
The nose is quite complex with hints: floral, fruity and spicy. There are notes of red flowers such as wisteria and rose, berries such as currants, blackberries and nuances of cherries in alcohol. Closing with the scent of peppercorns and cloves.
The sip confirms an important but well-polished tannic note. Good taste olfactory persistence where a note of sweet spices remains. Overall a fine quality sample.
