Tasting Notes
Limpid, intense ruby red color, almost impenetrable, consistent.
On the nose the sample is quite complex, with floral and fruity scents: withered red flowers, red berry fruit jam and notes of dried figs.
To the taste, the sip is warm, soft, never cloying, persistent and very intense, with hints of ripe fruit as an aftertaste.
It is recommended in combination with Florentine flatbread, ideal as a meditation wine.
