FATTORIA PICCARATICO – TUSCANY – ITALY

“From an early age I learned about the territory and the world of olive oil and wine. Walking with my grandfather and my father and listening to their advice and stories, I fell in love with the world of wine. I was extremely lucky to inherit a land that has always given great wines, and my only goal and task is to continue the passion that my grandfather and father have passed on to me. With this spirit I decided to work my vineyards in a respectful and ecological way, placing the utmost respect for what is most important to us: the territory and the soil.

In 2018, I decided to start organic agriculture and to invest in a cellar with more modern technologies to reach an even higher level, and above all to maintain and respect the scents of the territory. Many talk about it but few do, and I decided to do it without thinking twice, I want a clean and healthy product, a rich but simple product, that’s why I’m proud of my products “. (Eleonora Rossini)
