Tasting Notes
Upon analysis in the glass, the sample is limpid, of an intense bright ruby red, with a good consistency.
On the nose it releases a scent of scents that make it complex and with a variegated bouquet. Hints of red wildflowers, notes of black berry fruits such as currant and blueberry. Mineral notes and sweet spices such as vanilla and cloves and a nuance of precious wood.
The taste is fresh, the tannin is important, but overall it is well polished. Sample with a good taste olfactory persistence where an aftertaste of ripe fruit remains.
