Tasting Notes
Clear, ruby red with purple reflections, consistent.
On the olfactory examination the sample is quite complex: floral, fruity and spicy. Hints of red flowers such as hyacinth and wisteria, wild berries such as black cherry and currant, notes of black pepper and leather.
The taste is fresh, balanced, with a good tannic texture, of fine quality.
It is recommended in combination with polenta with wild boar sauce.

Rating
