Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear, straw yellow in color with greenish reflections, consistent.
The sample on the nose is quite complex in its scents: floral and fruity. Hints of orange blossom, white and yellow fruit such as apricot and pear, herbaceous notes.
Upon examination, the olfactory taste is balanced in its parts, intense and quite persistent.
It is recommended in combination with a Sicilian tuna steak.
