Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear, straw yellow in color with golden reflections, consistent.
The taste is intense, complex and fine. These are its aromas: aromatic, floral, fruity, herbaceous and mineral. Aromatic notes typical of grapes, floral hints of dry white rose and geranium. Fruity aroma reminiscent of citrus, mango and papaya. Close up of hay and wet slate.
On the olfactory examination it is quite balanced in its parts, intense and quite persistent.
It is recommended in combination with sea bass all’isolana.
