Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear, straw-colored with light golden reflections, of moderate consistency.
On the nose the sample has floral and fruity notes. Hints of freshly mowed white wildflowers, followed by a scent of white and yellow-fleshed fruits reminiscent of apple, pear and with a nuance of yellow melon. A note of fresh citrus closes the range of perfumes.
The sip is very fresh, easy to drink. Good sour shoulder and freshness that together entice you to a new sip. The aftertaste is persistent with a hint of citrus.
It is recommended with a plate of fresh cold cuts.

Rating
