Written by Piero Pardini

Bodega Cuatro Rayas is located in La Seca, a municipality in Castilla y Leon. The winery produces around 15 million bottles of wine a year which are distributed in more than 50 countries.
The company, founded in 1935, is today a point of reference in the production of white wines, although, in recent years, it has obtained numerous awards for red, rosé, sparkling and vermouth wines.
Sustainability and environmental well-being has always been one of the Cooperative’s priorities.
Bodega Cuatro Rayas is one of the most prestigious wineries for its Verdejos, leader in the consumption of white wines in Spain. In addition to this grape variety, native to the territory in which the company is located and of which Cuatro Rayas owns a small part of centenary vineyards, the Cooperative produces and distributes wines from Sauvignon Blanc, Tempranillo, Viura and Palomino Fino.
