Wine: Reserva
Alcoholic strength: 14% vol.
Vintage: 2016.
Classification: DO Ribera del Duero (Spain).
Grapes: 100% Tempranillo.
Serving temperature: 16°-18° C.

Tasting Notes
The sample is limpid to the eye, with a very intense ruby red color, almost impenetrable, with a good consistency.
The olfactory bouquet is broad and complex. Notes of withered red wildflowers, scent of dark berries such as blackberries and currants, hints of cherries in alcohol and dehydrated plums. Nuances of vanilla and powdered chocolate complete the range of perfumes.
In the mouth the sample is fresh, perfectly balanced, with an important silky and well-polished tannin. The previously described sensations are confirmed, the closure recalls hints of cigar boxes and a ripe fruit, very persistent and of fine quality.
A wine to appreciate the quality of the grape Tempranillo in its longevity. A sample to try.
It is suggested in combination with grilled game.
