Wine: El Pedal
Alcoholic strength: 13,5% vol.
Vintage: 2020.
Classification: DOC Rioja Alta (Spagna).
Grapes: 100% Tempranillo.
Serving temperature: 16°-18° C.

Tasting Notes
Limpid, intense ruby red color with purple hues, good consistency.
The olfactory imprint is reminiscent of red wild flowers, an effluvium of aromas of wild berries such as blackberry, currant and dehydrated plum. Followed by notes of sweet spices such as cinnamon and vanilla with a delicate sensation of ground black pepper.
The sip is fresh, with tannins still not perfectly silky, but still pleasant that invites you to repeat the taste, the finish is long and persistent with an aftertaste of Mediterranean scrub.
Recommended with a roast veal and truffle flakes.
This pure tempranillo produced in Rioja Alta (Spain) shows all its versatility: ideal for meat dishes and as a “companion” for a meeting between friends.
