Varietal composition: Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and a small part of Merlot.
Alcoholic strength: 13.5% vol..
Vintage: 2017.
Denomination: Toscana I.G.T..
Production area: Figline V.no (Florence) Particle N ° 8, 57 of Mappale N ° 37.
Soil: medium mixture with the presence of sand, clay rich in magnesium and calcium.
Exposure: South South-East.
Height: 330 m a.s.l.
Plant density: 5,000 plants per hectare.
Type of cultivation: Guyot.
Harvest period: early October.
Yield of grapes per hectare: 50 quintals.
Vinification: fermentation in stainless steel.
Maceration: 2 days at 10° C – 4/6 days at 28°-30° C.
During maceration: 4 pumpovers / day open and punching 4 times / day.
Malolactic fermentation: in stainless steel.
Aged: 12 months in used barriques.
Refinement in the bottle: 6 months.
