Tasting Notes
Limpid, straw yellow in color with light greenish reflections, with a good consistency.
On the olfactory examination the sample is quite complex, intense and of fine quality. Opening with hints of white and yellow wild flowers, followed by notes of white-fleshed fruits such as pear and golden apple followed by hints of tropical fruit reminiscent of mango and pineapple. Closure with a delicate woody nuance.
The sip is fresh and intense. Acidity and flavor give a perfectly balanced and persistent sip. There remains an aftertaste of exotic fruit that invites you to repeat the sip.
It is recommended in combination with traditional Iberian fish dishes.
