Tasting Notes
Crystal clear, with a bright straw yellow color and distinct golden highlights, it has a good consistency.
On the nose, its bouquet is broad, intense, and refined. Delicate floral notes are followed by enveloping notes of yellow-fleshed fruit: peach and apricot, but also hints of tropical fruit. The broad bouquet is rounded out by notes of hot spices, black pepper, and a mineral finish.
The palate is very fresh. Freshness and savory flavors blend together, supported by a lingering aftertaste of ripe fruit and a refreshing mineral note, creating an elegant and highly enjoyable sip.
