Tasting Notes
Upon examination in the glass, the sample is limpid, of a very intense, almost impenetrable ruby red color, lively, with blue textures, consistent.
On the nose the bouquet of scents is intense and complex. Notes of withered red flowers stand out, followed by hints of dark and red berries, accompanied by addictive sensations of sweet spices such as cloves and cinnamon and a nuance of precious woods.
The sip is fresh, corroborated by good acidity and an important tannic texture, which does not affect the pleasantness of the sip. There remains a sensation of dried plum and a very persistent cigar box nuance.
It is recommended in combination with a pork tenderloin in a crust.
