Brilliant, straw yellow in color with golden reflections, with a fine and persistent perlage.
On the nose, it has a scent of floral and fruity. Hints of white wildflowers accompanied by notes of white and yellow-fleshed fruits such as apple, pear and peach. Mineral notes of wet slate.
The sip is fresh, pleasant, with a very persistent citrus aftertaste.
It is recommended in combination with an aperitif with raw seafood.
